I'm editing the title to this post, cause I didn't like the old one.

It really is quite amazing. We have all been blessed with such an amazing range of emotions. So, amazing in fact, occasionally I forget the extremes of these emotions, cause naturally, we don't visit them as often as the main stream ones.

I got my Jeep on Wednesday. Initially I was mixed with excitement and I guess a type of fear. Excitement, for obvious reasons, and fear because I pretty much went into this purchase without ever having seen the vehicle. Essentially I was basing my decision on what my Mom and Dad said.

*Gulp*

Not that they don't have great taste; it's just that we don't SHARE that great taste.

Well, when I saw the truck, my disappointment became a little stronger then my excitement. Not because I am spoiled, or ungrateful, but merely because it looked different then what I'd expected. Duh.

My initial impression was what I always think when I see a Jeep Liberty. "What a wussy looking truck."

BUT... that quickly changed. First I drove it... and realized how new and in what amazing shape it was in. Second, how gutsy it was. It really had some pick up. Finally, I started to think about all of the things I wanted to do with it.

At around that point, I realized, that no matter what sort of car you drive, you can always make it your own, and have it look good.

OOOOO lala, I can't wait to throw some tires, rims, lift, exhaust, tint and a stereo in there.

...Meh... call me immature, I don't really give a damn. Some people like sports, some people like food, I like wasting money on my car to make it look kick ass.

;o)

Ok, back to my point with the whole emotion thing.

So, I come into work, and mention that I got my truck, and this prick, whom I've never been very fond of, just un-LOADS.

He starts going off on how shitty Jeep is, and that anyone that buys a Jeep, just wasted their money cause they have horrible motors, and frames, blah, blah, blah....

Well, I wasn't really in the mood to argue, so I let him blab away... which apparently fueled his desire to make me feel stupid. (Pet Peeve)

Finally, after literally 15 minutes of telling me what a fool I was, I got sick of it, and told him to shut the hell up.

He explained, that instead, I should have invested 4 times as much money and bought a 2005 4Runner. Well, you retard, if I had $40,000 to spend, I would have considered a few other options.

I don't really care to get into details, but needless to say, he had absolutely no idea how to show tact. I mean, I seriously had to listen to how stupid I was for 30 mins by the time he was done.

Tell me, who does that? Who sits there and starts telling someone what a fool they are, without an invitation, or any reason?

***
Billy runs up to Sam, almost exploding with excitement, "LOOK AT WHAT I GOT!!" Billy blurts, thrusting his hand in Sam's face.

"...meh... I've got like 8 of those, they suck." Sam replies, as a matter of factly.

***

Yah, call me sensitive for reacting like that, but what an ass. I was SOOOO pissed off at him. The kid's got plenty of his own issues though, so I guess I shouldn't be too hard on him.

Shit. Really makes you wonder how some people were even raised.

Ok, so I'm sure this is REALLY long now. Time for me to work.

Give you an update soon!!

Wanted: Nanny, Must Have Experiance with a Nail Gun

Well, things are starting to become routine.

Essentially, I work a crap-load, and just as I expected... I don't have a lot of time for a social life.

...meh...

I guess not a whole lot is different in that department. :o)

I get my Jeep next Wednesday!! Woot!!

So, I have this friend, who I'm rather fond of. She's been my good friend for about a year and a half.

Well, she was put in a situation that would have helped her to pay off ALL of her debt completely and pay for a good chunk of school. She just had to take a nanny job out in New York. She's done this type of thing before... just in New Jersey. But, this time its for a 10 year old kid, who is at school the entire day. She would drive a Mercedes Benz, and have all her expenses paid for.

I'm not really in the mood to write about all the AWESOMENESS of this job, but from her own mouth, the job would be CAKE.

Well, she spent a little bit of a "trial" time with the family, and found that the job wasn't as golden as she initially expected. But let's be clear, the pay was the same, etc. She just found out she wouldn't get a car on the weekends, and the little boy had some issues doing his homework. So, what'd she do? She turned down the job.

Yes, *V* is sooo insensitive, for not understanding her side of the story. Blah, blah, blah.

People, you don't understand. This was an opportunity to completely rid herself of a lot of problems that she will not likely find an easier way to be rid of. She wussed out because she said that she would "miss" home, and wanted to find something easier.

Wow. I'm so annoyed. I guess I think differently about stuff. If I'm in a situation that sucks.... but I can see that the benefits of sticking to it will aid me in the end, I just bite the bullet and do it. I might whine a little at first, but eventually I'll remind myself that whining really not going to change anything.
(ie. My current employment situation)

Yes, I know... I'm not perfect. I guarantee that there are things that I wuss out of. But, not something so obviously beneficial to me.

I guess this just helped me to realize that I'm really turned off by unmotivated people, that can't handle a little heat. I don't want to get involved with someone that whimpers out, and runs off with their tail between their legs the second things stop being easy. I want to be with someone that looks at hardship as an opportunity to grow and develop. (ugh... that sounds a little grown up for my taste... lol)

That way when I DO puss out... they'll kick my ass back into gear.

*Sigh*

I'm a damned hypocrite.

------------------

Did you hear about the kid that became mayor out in Massachusetts? Ugh... way to make me feel like I haven't accomplished a damn thing in my life.

Then again, you've got the guy that shot a nail through the roof of his mouth, while roofing a hosue. He didn't realize it until a few weeks later when he went in for x-rays because of a headache.

I think I'm somewhere in the middle of those two.

:o)

Things Are OK!?!

So, I survived the first weekend.

Woot!

I'm not going to say it was a cake-walk, cause to be honest, it sucked... a lot.

But I survived. Even better then that, is that I think I'll be ok if I try and keep this up for the next little while.

I like my new job quite a bit. I work for a company that has a good reputation, and for the most part... the calls and emails that I respond to are cake. Well, cake for a dork like me.

On a really gross note: Without realizing it, I entered the restroom today, just as a large, greasy, hairy man was leaving.

Note to self: "Don't do that."

I can think of no other way to describe this, but in addition to a stench that literally threw me back, I tasted his filth on my lips when I entered.

Yes... I realize that I've reached an all time low on my blog. But, I just can't think of any other way to express how disgusting he left that bathroom. I literally considered scratching my eyes out, and burning my nose off with a welding torch.

Ok... enough of that.

:o)

So, this month I should get my Jeep. *V* ===> Excited!

My Dad is going batty with excitement. He keeps buying crap for the Jeep off of Ebay. It's sorta funny. Some of his ideas, I really like. (Chrome Grille, Nicer Rims, Tires) But then again, some of the stuff I'd rather he'd just leave up to me, since I'm a dork and all. (Stereo)

So, does anyone ever wanna chat? I mean, now that I'm starting to exist during the day... I sit at my desk.... (on the phone a lot, yes....but I get slow times too) I would like to talk to some of my readers.... cause there are so many of them.

Granted, talk-talk would be more entertaining, but at the same time, we can't all have that luxury... while at work at least. So, let's chat-it-up.

Naturally, who wants to risk talking to a psycho-path (other then me) so, just send me your messaging program preference & username, etc.

I have a neat new secret email: v@viperbux.com

People, if I get zero responses for this, I might be sad.

:o)

*V*

P.S. By the way, don't start sending me a bunch of chain letters, etc. ugh...
